个人简介

周伟昌, 男,1983年出生,博士,副教授。2001.9-2005.7 湖南大学应用物理学专业,获学士学位;2005.9-2010.7 湖南大学凝聚态物理专业,获博士学位;2008.9-2009.10 美国亚利桑那州立大学电子工程系联合培养;2016.3-2017.3 爱尔兰都柏林圣三一开云手机站官方网站入口纳米结构和纳米器件研究中心访问学者;2010.7-至今 开云手机站官方网站入口,副教授。

主要研究方向:

1、新型光子学材料:钙钛矿量子点、半导体纳米线、二维层状半导体晶体。

2、微纳光子学器件:光泵激光器、纳米线光波导、光探测器、发光二极管。
